Happy Spring Training.

I had someone recently tell me that he follows the Tigers better because of my facebook posts. He told me i should write a blog, i told him about my Twitter, he follows me now. I've had many people tell me they keep up with the Tigers because of my facebook, i laugh when i hear that. It's about to get all sorts of basebally on my FB.




Maybe i will use this as a Tiger blog of sorts. We shall see.


The Tigers are starting Spring Training. This is good, it means that spring and summer are soon here. We have a pretty good shot at the World Series this year, i don't want to jinx anything, so I will say no more.

Having my own computer was a luxury. I miss my Mackie.
So, it was 55 degrees out yesterday, the last day of January. I had my window open for a few minutes, just letting the breeze in. It was awesome. I hope that February isn't a snow-megdon again.

Hello January.

Holy Moses. Long time no talk bloggy people.

Recap:
The weather in Kalamazoo is crazy. Last week, we got about 8 inches of snow. Then, it warmed up for a day, then, more snow. Last night, THUNDERSTORM. Today, rain, and wind, and SNOW.
Anyway. My Mackie is sick again, perhaps forever this time.
I've been watching a lot more football this year, mainly due to the Lions not sucking as much as they have in the past 13 years. They even made the playoffs, and that's impressive.
Words with friends is ADDICTIVE. My friend and I have at least EIGHT games going right now. I've been taking a photo a day since the 1st, and putting them into my facebook. Some pictures are awesome, some are less awesome.
I rewatched Arrested Development. I love that show. I will be glad when the new episodes and the movie are made. I am interested to see how they do it.

And old CD, buttons, green paint,  and crepe paper because i don't have red ribbon.

Jane Austen Wore All-Stars

Happy Birthday to my favorite author, Jane Austen.

I've been watching the movies based on Jane's novels. My favorites are of course:

Persuasion. I like both versions, they both have there qualities, and I don't understand why they have Anne running around Bath in the newer version. I get why, i think, but it just looks strange to me. The music is lovely though.

I'm also re-reading "Persuasion" 

And of course, Pride and Prejudice. I have five versions of this story, the best ones are the 1995 version, thank you BBC.

And the 2005 version.

I'm saving Pride and Prejudice for last. And am now going to watch "Sense and Sensibility" with Emma Thompson.
